The hotel had a nice and quiet neighborhood which was great for relaxing. It was also conveniently located near the airport, which made it easy to get to and from. the staff member at the reception was extremely helpful and spoke English well. One of the best parts was the free shuttle bus to the airport that made our departure stress-free.
The hotel lacked a lot of essentials. the walls felt like paper and offered no sound insulation which made sleeping difficult.

The hotel's location is convenient as it's close to the train station, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. the free airport shuttle service is helpful. the rooms are decent and come with amenities like yukatas and a hot bath.
The breakfast options are limited for those with early departures.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which was exactly what we needed for our romantic getaway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free shuttle to the airport was a nice perk. Additionally, the room was well-equipped with all the basic amenities we required.
While the location was convenient, the surrounding area was not very lively and options for dining were limited. Additionally, the decor in the room was a bit outdated and could use some modernization. our stay was enjoyable, but the hotel could benefit from some upgrades in the near future.

Close to airport, free airport shuttle, convenient location, helpful staff, comfortable bed, well-equipped room.

We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport and the considerate staff who packed us a breakfast to take with us. The hotel is conveniently located near a big supermarket and good value restaurants, and with public transport we were able to reach Osaka terminal easily.
No issues.
